Sometimes issues on iPods are much more simple than the mysterious and unhelpful 'Sadface' let on. A dead battery can cause the iPod to report a dead hard drive which is much more expensive than a battery would be. Make sure our experienced techs check it out and make the right call the first time.

All repairs are done in our shop by our own experienced techs who have repaired over 500 iPods in 2007 alone.

We work on the iPods from the iPod video and older, we don't work on anything newer then 2008.

iPod in the washing machine? Brought your iPod for a swim? Dropped it in the sink?

Make sure to put it near the heater or in sunlight to let it dry out, the longer you can wait the better but to be safe wait at least a week. The big mistake is to attempt to turn it on, or worse, charge it. Putting an electric charge through the water bogged device will cause corrosion and permanently fry it. Be patient and let it dry out!
